REFUND POLICY: In the event of illness, and no portion of session was attended, with physician documentation, all but a $200.00 NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee will be returned to any participant in full. All other Refunds will be decided on a case by case basis.
MISSED PROGRAM DAYS: We must be notified of any absences, missed days up to two days may be made up during the Program. No other make-ups will be given All make-ups must be completed before August 26th, 2005
RESERVATION PAYMENT: Deposit by May 1st, 2008
We take a Limited Enrollment on a First Come Basis as each rider has an individually planned program of Riding Instruction for their level of ability. If there are vacancies at any riding level those on standby will be accepted if they are Registered. If not accepted we will make a 100% Refund of the Deposit. Late Registrations will be accepted if space is available in the Program in any week.
FAMILY DISCOUNT 5% Discount for two (2) or more enrolled brothers and sisters of the same family
So that we can properly plan for proper staff each week all must be paid in full by July 15th, 2008
Additional weeks may be added at any time to the original enrollment period if space is available at a charge of $500.00 per week
